Why do you need my address & medicare card details?

Answer

As your Hey Fella doctor may prescribe medications such as PrEP or issue you with a pathology referral we require both your Medicare card number and address to:

  • Confirm your identity as we practice safe prescribing practices
  • Securely look up your Individual Healthcare Identifier which is required for eScripts

We do not share your information with any party.
